Due to the nature of our skincare products, Orevin Skin Care does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@florencebrands.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

To be eligible for a resolution, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction due to individual skin reactions, as results may vary depending on skin type. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application of any product.
